Class Description

As queer folks, we don’t always have a space where we can securely access our authentic self. This yoga class is a space by and for queer and trans people. If you are “family” please join us for a little over an hour of accessible, healing, and empowering yoga practice among queer sangha. If you are an ally, please share this class offering with queer folks who could use it. No previous experience required, show up as you are!
