OUR JOURNEY

Victoria
Teacher

Stellar Yoga was created by Victoria (she/her) with love and a desire to share her passion for the practice of yoga with as many people as she can. Her goal is to build a community where all are welcome, all are encouraged, and all are met where they are. Victoria shares her education and experience she has gained over the last 25+ years in the wellness and healthcare field.

Victoria offers insightful guidance by weaving in her education in Yoga, Massage therapy, Thai Yoga, Birthing Doula, and Aromatherapy. She continues to expand her education in the holistic vibe.

including Reiki, Sound Healing, and Chakra Energy Healing. This in turn leaves yoga seekers grounded and empowered. Victoria’s classes are tailored for the moment by being present, crafting a unique, interactive experience for each class and yogi.

Bree
teacher

Bree (they/she) started to find yoga as part of their healing journey in trying to live more peacefully with PTSD and authentically in their queerness. As a queer and nonbinary person, Bree recently completed yoga teacher training to use their passion and experience with sociology and advocacy to help others find safety and healing in their own body, mind, and breath by holding space for accessible and inclusive yoga for queer and otherwise marginalized folks. No prior yoga experience is required for Bree’s classes; as the first sutra says, yoga is always ready to meet you where you are.
