Stellar Yoga was created by Victoria with love and a desire to share her passion for the practice of yoga with as many people as she can. Her goal is to build a community where all are welcome, all are encouraged, and all are met where they are. Victoria shares her education and experience she has gained over the last 25+ years in the wellness and healthcare field.

 

Victoria offers insightful guidance by weaving in her education in Yoga, Massage therapy, Thai Yoga, Birthing Doula, and Aromatherapy. She continues to expand her education in the holistic vibe.

 

Through the years she has also added to her repertoire, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Chakra Energy Healing. This in turn leaves yoga seekers grounded and empowered. Victoria’s classes are tailored for the moment by being present, crafting a unique, interactive experience for each class and yogi.
